Refund policy
At Atara Collections, we are committed to providing the best service for our valued customers. If you receive your package and find any quality issues with our product, please contact our customer service team ASAP. Our team will reply to resolve any issues and ensure that you receive the product that you'll love. Please note that any request regarding an after-sale problem must be issued within 15 days after the item arrives. And our refund policy is product-specific, so please refer to our refund policy page or contact us for more information.
Note: Any returned items without informing and contacting us in advance, no refund will be initiated.
Cancellation Policy
- Please note that our suits are made to order, and we will process the order as soon as payment is received. Once the tailoring process has begun, there will be labor and material costs involved.
- Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
- Please contact us at info@ataracollections.com within 24 hours after order confirmation. You’ll receive a full refund after canceling the order.
- Within 24–72 hours, you will receive a 70% refund of the product price and a 100% refund of the shipping cost.
- After 72 hours, you will receive a 50% refund of the product price and a 100% refund of the shipping cost, as we may have already started making your suit.
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, we will be happy to assist you with the return process once you receive the item.
- For the above situations, special circumstances will be addressed through direct communication. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to the email within 24 hours if you need to change any information.
Return Policy
① For All Standard Size Orders
We offer a full refund if you do not like the suit. However, please note that shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Additionally, any charges related to returning the suit, including shipping fees, customs duties, and VAT, will be the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your measurements and color selection before placing your order to avoid any issues.
For any standard-size suits that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will either remake and resend the item or provide a full refund, including shipping and rush fees (if applicable). Please provide photos as proof of the issue.
Items must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery, including weekends. Therefore, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to process your return request.
Please contact our customer service department before returning your order. Do not send the package directly to the address listed on our website or package, as it may not be our authorized return address.
② For All Custom Fit Orders
Customized suits are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, if any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly offer a refund or resend a replacement to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
If you receive a damaged or defective suit caused by Atara Collections, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ataracollections.com. Our team will promptly review your request and assist you with the necessary steps.
③ Return Conditions

- All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.
- Please do not return any items without prior approval. If you wish to return an item, contact our customer service team first to receive approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected to ensure the return process remains smooth and efficient.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.
(* Atara Collections reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. We also reserve the right to inspect returned items, and if the return does not meet our return conditions, the item may be sent back at the customer’s expense.)
④ How To Return
Please submit your return request via email at info@ataracollections.com within 15 days of receiving your order to ensure your return is eligible.
- Please provide photos or other evidence clearly showing the issue, including quality problems, shipping damage, or color/style/size errors.
- All returned items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and with all original tags and packaging included.
- Please contact us first to obtain the correct return address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Please return the suit using the original packaging provided by us.
- Kindly send us the tracking number for your return package, as refunds cannot be processed without this information.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and tax fees required to return the item to Atara Collections. Once we receive and inspect the returned suit, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
For All Standard Size Orders
Atara Collections will provide a full refund, including shipping fees, for all damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please provide photos of the original item so we can review and process your request properly.
If you decide to return your order for personal reasons, please submit the return request within 15 days of receiving the package. Please note that weekends and holidays are included in this timeframe, so we recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible.
All non-damaged returns must be sent back in their original condition. We do not accept returns of worn, washed, altered, or damaged items. Please also ensure all original tags are attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions or violate our return policy may not qualify for a refund.
Return & Refund Instructions
1. Return Address
For your convenience, we offer multiple return centers, including our primary US facility. Please note that the correct return address for your specific order must be confirmed by our customer service team.
2. How to Get Your Accurate Return Address
The specific return location for your order is determined based on your order details, such as the items purchased, shipping destination, and warehouse stock status. To ensure a smooth and delay-free return process:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number.
- Our team will verify your request and provide you with the correct return address along with detailed shipping instructions.
- Please use only the address and instructions provided by our team when shipping your return.
3. Refund Processing
Processing Time: Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect the returned items and process your refund.
Bank Processing Time: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@ataracollections.com.
Please Note: Atara Collections reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests, such as incorrect sizing information provided by the customer. However, we do offer free alteration support. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning items to Atara Collections.
If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the shipping provider selected.
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods, the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping fee.
Suggestion
All of our suits are hand-sewn and custom-tailored to ensure the best possible fit. While we carefully follow the provided measurements, please allow a possible variation of approximately one inch due to manual tailoring and measurements.
We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery before removing any tags or discarding the original packaging. In case a return is needed, all tags, labels, protective materials, and original packaging must be included with the returned item.
Please also keep any anti-theft or security tags attached. Removing these tags may void the return eligibility, and refunds may not be approved.
